T he difference you'll make  We are looking for a first-class Product Manager to join the Bridgit team, based in Sydney, Australia.
This role would be suited to someone passionate about joining a high-growth startup in the fintech space, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring strong project management capabilities, experience in launching and building new products, entering new markets and a passion for creating the best user experience.
We want to hear from you if you're tech-savvy, data-driven, and have a proven delivery ability.
You'll report to our Head of Customer Experience and collaborate with staff, customers, partners, service providers, and investors.
Your role is to understand customer and stakeholder needs, scope projects, define priorities, and manage the product development process to ensure timely delivery.
What you'll do Develop a deep understanding of our business, customers, and market landscape.
Prioritise product development based on customer needs and business objectives.
Scope projects, set timelines and deliverables, and ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, tech, marketing, operations) and external partners to deliver high-quality products.
Drive operational and process improvements by working closely with the CEO and stakeholders.
Lead planning sessions, organise workflows, and ensure clarity across teams.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
Collaborate with developers to ensure thorough testing of new features and bug fixes, maintaining high-quality product standards.
Work closely with developers to validate feature functionality and resolve issues before deployment.
Lead cross-functional squads to deliver on feature roadmaps, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
What we're looking for  Proven experience in product management, with a focus on delivering technology-led solutions.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Process-driven mindset with a track record of "getting it done"—delivery over talk.
A customer-first attitude with a strong ability to listen and empathise.
Passion for designing intuitive, scalable, and user-focused products.
Reasonable technical knowledge (e.g., ability to understand API documentation).
Familiarity with workplace tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent.
Strong organisational and communication skills to manage workflows effectively.
A collaborative, friendly, and energetic approach to work.
Desired Experience  5+ years in a product role Proven success in launching and scaling new products.
Strong UI/UX understanding and the ability to collaborate with designers.
Competence in data analytics; Power BI experience is a bonus.
Experience in financial services or startups is highly valued.
