You will play a critical role, with a clear focus to accelerate growth.
The ideal Candidate will be innovative and have experience working in either ed-tech or fin-tech startup.
As a Product Manager in a primarily hands on role you will be responsible for brainstorming the next product innovation to tweaking the final touches right before going live.
You will be expected to push the boundaries of what's possible both in web and mobile apps Role Responsibilities · Develop a deep understanding of customer needs by constantly learning from user interviews, product analytics, and A/B testing to pivot or optimize our product.
· Blend product usage data with customer insights to identify opportunities to drive our product forward to increase usability and customer experience.
· Handle a list of stakeholder's and founder requests while recognizing that you must ruthlessly prioritize to deliver a great product.
· Embrace first principles mindset and follow a systematic approach that starts with the problem, focuses on research, and produces lightweight solutions to test assumptions with prototypes.
· Design flows and experiences that simplify and break down complex actions into usable interfaces.
· Work closely with our UI designer to build crisp designs.
· Manage product definition, execution, roll-out and impact analysis for each initiative.
Role Experience: You have 6+ years as an experienced product designer building software products in a customer-focused company (both B2B and B2C) You bring big visions to life by constantly thinking about the next smallest thing you can do to solve a problem.
You are able to work closely with engineering, product, and analytics teams and the broader business to help build and foster a design thinking culture.
Are obsessed with solving customer problems.
You recognize that technology is a vehicle to solving customer problems and have experience building B2C mobile products at scale.
Experience designing, building, launching, and scaling a B2C mobile product from pre-launch to over 100,000 engaged members is required.
Have built a design function.
You have managed product designers and can competently demonstrate the ability to scale product design practices and processes.
