You can learn more about us on Glassdoor.Your MissionThe Capture and Processing group is responsible for designing and building our AeroPoint and DirtMate GPS hardware, drone management and geospatial survey processing solutions, and in-field mobile experiences, including DirtMate, to tackle the tough, hands-on challenges our customers face daily.As a Product Manager, you will be working across our drone management and geospatial survey processing squads where you'll be a key driver of the strategy, roadmap, goals and execution across one or more cross-functional squads contributing towards Propeller's mission. You will prepare Product 1-pagers for new ideas and bring them from concept, through design and discovery and into reality with your cross-functional squads of designers and engineers. You will collaborate with other Product Managers, Marketing and wider teams to build journeys across the product and help to launch these in creative and engaging ways to our customers.The role is ideal for a highly collaborative and technically minded Product Manager who is keen to dive in deep and understand technical concepts around all things geospatial, Propeller's customers and their industries. You're not only a strategic thinker but also a hands-on collaborator, setting measurable goals, fostering engagement across teams, and keeping the customer's perspective at the forefront.Your SkillsProduct Management experience: In a SaaS environment across one or more teams, ideally with experience on a hardware or geospatial product.Leadership: Ability to inspire and align the squads you work with around a shared goal and vision and you're comfortable influencing without direct authority.Customer obsession: You have a deep commitment to understanding our customers and their industries, identifying customer pain points and opportunities.Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal and you have a knack for communicating complex topics to a wide range of people and taking pride in your documentation that helps stakeholders across the business to understand the what, why, who and impact of your work.Data-driven decision making: Proficient in using and analysing data to inform decisions and communicate insights across teams, translating metrics into actions that can drive a better product.Execution & delivery: Experience in breaking down complex projects into manageable pieces and skilled in balancing attention to detail with speed and quality.BenefitsEmployee share optionsProfessional development budget and leaveThe opportunity to take part in our mentorship programMental health resourcesMonthly telephone and/or internet allowancePaid primary & secondary parental leave policiesHybrid work arrangements and WFH equipment providedAbout PropellerPropeller is for everyone, so come as you are.
