The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager - Prescription Obesity & Pain to join our ANZ Prescription Marketing team on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Prescription, the primary purpose of this position is to develop and shape the annual marketing plans in conjunction with business partner.
Execution of plans within spend budgets.
Achieved through the defined business planning process evaluating strategic options to develop a targeted and robust marketing strategy which integrates market, customer, patient and competitor insights.
Delivers brand communications and tactics in selected channels followed by monitoring execution and implementation against expectations with enhancements as necessary.
This will be achieved with: Sound level of product knowledge and understanding of brand attributes.
Ability to interpret market dynamics, drivers and distribution channels to anticipate market forecast/ trends; and an understanding of competitor strategy and activity.
An understanding of customer requirements, customer behaviours and segmentation.
Prioritisation and time management – ability to concurrently work on a number of projects and tasks simultaneously Flexibility and insight required to work with multiple stakeholders, and take on tasks or projects across different brands or therapeutic areas Clear and concise communications with internal and external key stakeholders such as cross functional team members, peers, suppliers, agencies, distribution centers and key account customers to follow up on promotions efforts and keep informed on needs of the sales force Drive the execution of tactical programs to leverage critical success factors Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and continually evolve for improved performance Measurement and analysis of KPIs and ROIs throughout and post the implementation period.
Loading and tracking of promotional material into approval system Effective management of brand finances, budgets and forecasts, including appropriate management of brand resources.
Effective management of agency partnerships & explores new channel brand delivery strategies and pilots to maximise potential and ROI Focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies Foster close relationships with the Sales Team to execute brand strategy Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop annual sales volume forecasts, expense budgets, forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues and contingency plans Lead the digital plan for the brand, ensure integration into the omnichannel customer experience to leverage all customer engagement opportunities.
About You To be successful in this role you will posses the below points and previous experience in a similar role will also be considered.
