Our client, a large customer-centric government department, requires a Product Manager to work on a multitiered digital product with an emphasis on information/data.
You will report to a program-level product and delivery leader but will help drive the enhancement design and delivery day-to-day, alongside a product owner and lead architect.
Responsibilities Lead discovery and manage a backlog of user stories to be development ready in accordance with a product roadmap, from concept to outcome with minimal guidance.Drive productivity of business analyst, designer, engineering, and other resources to deliver maximum value with time boxes.Quality assure user stories for completeness, accuracy and acceptance criteria before and during development, including testing.Interpret customer needs, translate them into clear requirements, informed by research, feasibility, usability, accessibility, security, privacy, regulatory and customer value factors.Enable and contribute to refinement of the core product proposition and business vision.Collaborate closely with other experienced specialists in product management, content design, engineering, business analysis, communications, customer support, policy and more.Help embed a highly effective product team culture, with a continuous improvement focus, and customer desirability, feasibility and viability-based perspective.Work with other senior team members to provide overall team leadership, reporting to the Principal Product Owner.
