You will interact with our customers to understand their needs, and partner with our internal stakeholders to articulate and identify opportunities for growth and delivery.  
Your ability to balance strategic thinking, stakeholder requirements and execution will be critical to success. You will be working in an agile environment with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, data, design and an exceptional engineering team to build large and small product initiatives from concept to delivery. 
It is critical for this role to possess experience in taking complex and differentiated solutions to market in user centric products.
This role requires the candidate to be based in Sydney, NSW. Candidates who are not located near or in Sydney will not be considered. What does a normal day look like? Support the development and delivery of Slyp's product roadmap, aligning it with Slyp's vision, product strategy and commercial targets. In collaboration with Product's CX Lead, understand customer needs through research, market analysis, quantitative and qualitative data analysis and direct customer feedback. Translate requirements into product specifications for use by Design & Engineering. Prioritise and coordinate delivery schedules and ensure consensus amongst stakeholders. Scope and manage planned, existing or ongoing major and minor product releases Coordinate with internal teams to produce marketing materials that speak to Slyp's unique product offerings and be an advocate for Slyp's products. Provide support to the Sales & Delivery teams to respond to product-related feedback and improvement requests. Understand customer driven requirements and apply proven agile methodologies to ensure requirements are achieved, customers are satisfied and that Slyp products are commercially successful. Balance customer centric and platform requirements and engage with the Engineering team to understand architectural concerns.  A minimum of 5 years experience in product management, including experience in either B2BC, B2C or B2B SaaS Experience in working with a diverse team in the Fintech space, including Designers and Engineers. Proven experience working with new products or new categories and have had exposure to loyalty, mobile applications, payments, data, e-commerce or a unique combination of these Excellent communication skills and public speaker, with an ability to negotiate and engage diverse internal and external stakeholders  Proven ability to manage changing priorities and working in a fast-paced, growth environment  Demonstrated ability working with agile methodologies, requirements gathering, prioritisation, identifying and addressing constraints, dependencies and risks An ability to balance customer satisfaction as well as commercial outcome  You use analytics and data-driven measurement to inform decision making You are customer driven and have a passion for speaking directly to customers Highly desirable that you have experience in delivering data and insights-based products
