This role reports to the Senior Product Manager.
How you will spend your time Managing the BAU helpdesk for queries for multiple distribution channels, such as Third-Party Broker, Online Direct and Telephone Broking models.
Competitor Analysis, Negotiated Acquisition Pricing, Retention Pricing and Offer Management, throughout the lifecycle from analysis, recommendation, execution and BAU maintenance Delivering Regulatory Change Initiatives from initial consultation through to execution and ongoing management.
You will understand responsible lending requirements and design and distribution obligations, and be able to translate these into product, system, and operational process changes to ensure a fully compliant product that delivers what it says on the tin.
This also means doing the highly enjoyable activities such a documenting, uplifting and testing controls to ensure product compliance, as well as conducting customer and system (tactical & strategic) remediations where necessary.
Researching, Recommending and Delivering product improvements and changes in a digital environment, across the full technical stack, ensuring that operational support models, customer facing functions and ongoing management of said changes are executed seamlessly, E2E and on time, within budget.
Stakeholder management with multiple competing objectives, your cool, calm and considered approach will win friends and influence people, even when they may not be getting everything they want, you can demonstrate the trade-offs and obtain buy in where required.

What you will bring Minimum 3 years pricing experience, ideally in home loans, but other closely related credit products will be considered e.g.
Personal loans, Car Loans etc.
Crystal clear & articulate communication skills, you need to be able to sell it on a page & be able to persuade people with logic and reason.
Regulatory Initiative and Product development experience is a must.
Presentation Skills & Visualisation of data and resulting recommendations is essential, you can take complicated concepts, make them easy to understand for the layperson, and secure buy in from stakeholders.
