The role We have an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our Product Management team, where you'll take on a pivotal role centered on relationship management. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring the smooth coordination of HUB24 Platform Private Labels arrangements and maintaining strong product governance across our extensive range of offerings within the HUB24 Group.
Key responsibilitiesResponsible for managing the day to day operations of the HUB24 Private Label platform relationships.Ensuring compliance with obligations.Be the voice of the customerResponsible for managing the ongoing uplift of policies and procedure documentation across the HUB24 Group of products.Work collaboratively within the team to deliver on business outcomes.Assist with uplifting polices and procedures across the broader suite Responding to day to day queries and to ensure a high quality customer experience.The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders from various departments including Distribution, Technology, Product Development, Risk and Compliance, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Investments, and Projects, while also overseeing the ongoing relationship management of HUB24 Platform Private Label partners externally.2 years Product Management experience in WRAP Platforms and Relationship Management.Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms and investments.Excellent communications skill (verbal and written).Effective stakeholder management abilitiesCapacity to investigate issues and devise solutionsBe able to manage competing priorities.Capable of working autonomously within a team environment THE HUB24 STORY We think creatively and we're not constrained by traditional thinking or barriers to success.
