Job OverviewAs the Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our product strategy.
You will manage existing products, identify new opportunities, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best offerings and rates for our clients.
Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure our products are always fresh, innovative, and perfectly aligned with market trends and client preferences.
You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously while leading a team to deliver on key performance targets.
With a focus on maintaining strong supplier relationships and maximising profitability, you'll play a pivotal role in our continued success.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, the key responsibilities include managing and developing our travel product portfolio, negotiating favourable contracts with suppliers, and ensuring all product offerings align with market trends and client expectations.
In addition, the Product Manager will:
Client and Product Management: Ensure client satisfaction by monitoring service quality and managing product offerings.
Identify and introduce new product opportunities to differentiate the company.Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms, rates, and marketing funds.
Ensure accurate product information and rates are available for internal teams.Team Leadership: Oversee and support departmental staff, providing necessary training, guidance, and resources.Strategic Planning: Contribute to achieving company targets by setting objectives in consultation with the CEO.
Regularly review product sales and adjust offerings as necessary.Marketing and Promotion: Lead the development of co-operative campaigns and special offers.

About YouYou are a seasoned product manager with a strong background in the tourism or luxury services industry, known for your ability to develop innovative product offerings and secure strategic supplier relationships.
You are capable of driving business growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.
You have:
