Position Overview: As the Product Operations Manager specializing in Portfolio Management and New Product Introduction (NPI), you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our product portfolio and driving successful NPI initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational leadership skills and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.

Travel: Less than 25%
Ideal Candidate Experience: 6+ years in product management, portfolio management, or operations management roles, with a focus on New Product Introduction) and portfolio optimization. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, tools, and methodologies. Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvements, and achieving business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategies for managing the company's product portfolio, including existing products and new developments. Conduct portfolio analysis, including performance metrics, profitability, market trends, and competitive landscape assessments. Define portfolio priorities and resource allocation strategies based on business goals, market opportunities, and customer needs. New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead NPI projects from concept through to commercialization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and market requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, operations) to define product requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage project budgets, and oversee resource allocation to support successful product launches . Operational Excellence: Establish and optimize operational processes related to portfolio management and NPI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices for product lifecycle management (PLM), ensuring seamless transitions between development phases and commercialization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across product operations. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between product management, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment. Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and executive leadership. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers to support product strategy and execution. Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality management systems throughout the product lifecycle. Champion quality initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to mitigate quality-related issues. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 6 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, NPI projects, and investments.
