Responsibilities Work as extension of the Innovation team working closely with the Partners and Exo Directors to incubate ideas, accelerate and scale deliveries Own the product vision, meticulously aligning it with market needs and the strategic goals of our startup Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap, transforming a vision into tangible deliverables Work closely with the lead engineer, designer, and business partners to ensure the product is feasible, valuable, usable, and fits within our business strategy Lead the coordination and communication between different teams and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of what is to be built and why Deep dive into the world of our customers, spanning across farms, manufacturing, and end-consumers, to develop empathy and insights into their needs and pains Use these insights to inform the product's direction and ensure it delights users at every stage of the fresh produce lifecycle Monitor the success of the product, relentlessly seeking improvements and iteratively building on its success Requirements Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering successful products Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate and balance various tasks and deadlines A deep understanding of customers and an unwavering obsession with serving their needs Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders A high degree of accountability and ownership, with a drive to ensure the success of product delivery Desired Attributes Experience in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive amidst change and growth A passion for our mission and the tenacity to make a significant impact in the fresh produce manufacturing industry We offer flexible work arrangements with a hybrid model split between remote work and collaboration in our Adelaide office.
