Being a member owned health fund profit means that we put members first and always do the right thing by them when it comes to their health protection and care.We now have an exciting and unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team.As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by identifying market opportunities and risks, creating a product strategy that supports the shared future direction of the business, driving the product development process, and meeting compliance obligations.You will also need an understanding of human centred design principles, strong business acumen, and ability to navigate complex and regulated products.About the roleReporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work across the business with key stakeholders to identify, research and develop projects relating to products. You will also contribute to the improvement or re-design of existing products, systems and processes.Key responsibilities:Identify initiatives that align with Health Partners strategic plan to create a competitive market advantage in health insurance products and services.Demonstrate and maintain a strong customer focus whilst meeting business objectives and complying with all relevant acts, guidelines, work practices and Health Partners quality standardsManage business case development for strategic initiatives as agreed with management and other internal business unitsContribute to budgets and forecasts for new product initiatives and annual targetsProject manage the internal product review process, actively engaging relevant departments to ensure positive outcomesCoordinate performance initiative suggestions that relate to the health insurance business and provide researched and analysed recommendationsRecommend new solutions through data and analytics reviews that provide Health Partners with a wider, holistic picture of the businessAbout youWith at least three years+ experience in a similar role, you are passionate about delivering an exceptional product experience and have the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise product requirements.With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will also have strong time management and highly organised.
