Harboring an engaged and passionate team, our modern Australian Head Office is located at Technology Park on Brisbane's Southside.About the roleThe role of experienced Product Manager is required to manage life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of Payrix new products, enhancements, and releases to market.What you'll ownEngage and interact with stakeholders during planning sessions, gaining a detailed understanding of user requirements.
Function as Voice of Customer.Prepares and presents product plans.
Identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies, business integration needs and retirement plans.Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.Manage product plan by prioritising and scoping features, enhancements, bugs relating to the product, integration needs and technology advancements.Managing delivery expectations and requirements for success.
Including Release, GTM, Support documentation.Assist the Head of Product with content for product roadmaps.Ensures timely delivery, clear visibility and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmaps.Other related duties as needed.What you bring5+ years' experience in a similar Product Management or Product Owner role.Experience in the SaaS FinTech / Payments / Banking space.Excellent Project Management Documentation and Process skills.Atlassian Suite user - Confluence and Jira.Data Driven analysis.Solid understanding of the agile software development lifecycle and scrum processes.Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and design.Excellent technical and non-technical problem-solving skills.Proven success prioritising commercial and/or business critical projects.Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to executive management.Ability to understand and apply technical concepts.Added bonus if you have:Quality Assurance experience via test plans, report cards and similar.Any relevant Industry Qualifications / Certification.Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.Experience with Salesforce.Worldpay perks - what we'll bring for youA competitive salary and benefits.Time to support charities and give back to your community.Parental leave policy.Global recognition platform.Virgin Pulse access.Global employee assistance program.Does this sound like you?
