You will be responsible for defining, continually monitoring, refining, and withdrawing product solutions to maximize business results and execute the strategic roadmap. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize feature roadmaps, and drive the execution through timely release of high-quality solutions.If you truly want to empower people to live great lives and develop valuable and extensive knowledge, skills, and experience, this is the place for you.Key Responsibility Areas:Build and maintain relationships with important business and tech stakeholders.Understand Dynamics product features and identify unused functions that could benefit the organization.Understand current business processes and help in business process redesign.Understand the Corporate Delivery Plan and Strategic Funding allocation.Work with the Head of Business Delivery to define the IT roadmap and product strategy.Work with stakeholders to prioritize Dynamics features based on analytics and customer feedback.Drive alignment among key stakeholders on the Product Roadmap and highlight the value of enhancements.Manage the product backlog and work with the hybrid software development team. Collaborate with other teams to align product and platform architectures.Participate in sprint planning and oversee product creation based on the agreed IT Operating Model.Prepare the organization for product delivery and service throughout its life cycle (develop, launch, grow, mature, and withdraw).Approve and review user access to the product regularly.Coordinate with Digital and Innovation teams to manage new ideas and process redesign.Be an ideas gateway to your business area to keep backlog manageable.Continuously monitor, measure effectiveness, and refine product solutions based on customer research and process redesign.Actively manage risk and adhere to compliance obligations relevant to your role.What you'll bring:Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and written and verbal communication.Strong leadership skills.Excellent analytical and technical skills.Ability to understand complex business problems and identify and interpret business needs.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Strong knowledge of D365 Product.Proven data literacy — The ability to describe business Value, use cases/outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches/options.Information strategy experience — Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, and policy development and maintenance.Advanced knowledge of agile development methodologies.Familiarity with business information generation and analysis methods.Ability to effectively drive business, culture, and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to technologists.Proven record of effective leadership of non-direct reports, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, build teams and consensus, and work ethically and with integrity.What matters most?
