The ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of software and hardware technologies, infrastructure, and cloud services, as well as experience in product management and agile methodologies.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmapDefine user personas and customer requirementsConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis.Develop and maintain product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation.Review and prioritise product features.Work with the engineering team to ensure product development meets quality standards.Collaborate to ensure product support and customer satisfactionContinuously monitor product performance through key metrics and feedbackQualifications & ExperienceAt least 3+ years of experience in product managementBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience (optional)Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skillsSolid technical understanding of software and hardware technologies, infrastructure, and cloud servicesExperience with agile methodologies and product development frameworksProven ability to balance competing priorities and manage customer expectationsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsPassion for technology, product innovation, and customer satisfactionStakeholder engagement and relationship management.Strategic vision and customer-centric mindsetData-driven decision-making and KPI focusedBusiness leadership and MentorshipOperational Excellence and continuous improvementHow to applyPlease submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience and how you meet the qualifications for this role.fullstop.ai is an equal-opportunity employer.
