This role requires a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and the ability to drive commercial decision making.Preferred Background: Telco experience or consulting expertise.Digital Channels Product ManagersFocus: A strong understanding of the digital development lifecycle processes that include Ideation, UX/UI design, development, QA, user testing, and measuring the success of features. You'll need to regularly collaborate with designers to create unique features and solve problems through outstanding user experiences.Preferred Background: Service Design, UX/UI, Mobile App, or web experience.Infrastructure & Hardware Product ManagerFocus: Drive strategies for hardware and network infrastructure in MSP, Telco, or vendor environments.
