Our client a leading manufacturer of quality branded consumable products used in industrial, consumer (auto), mining, and construction markets are looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of their line of products including surfactants, additives, lubricants, surface coatings, grouts, and epoxy compounds - serving industrial, consumer (auto), mining, and construction markets.
With manufacturing and office facilities across Australia, they are committed to driving continuous improvement, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a safe, inclusive work environment.
Location for the roles can be either Melbourne or Sydney.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing, simplification, innovation, and channel growth initiatives.
Create and execute category plans that align with Long-Range Plans (LRP) and Annual Plans.
Stay ahead by analysing market trends, competitor products, and end-user needs to drive product innovation and pricing strategies.
Lead communications, develop value propositions, and provide training to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor product performance, ensure compliance, manage quality issues, and develop business cases for new initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Product management experience with manufactured products, including the fundamentals of the 5P Commercially minded, with strategic revenue growth mindset.
Through B2B, Chanel Distributors, Segmented Markets / B2C.
