We have an opportunity available for a Product Manager - Senior Consultant to join our Team.
Role: Product Manager
Location: Melbourne
Contract Type: Fixed Term contract – 12 months or Permanent
Key responsibilities of this newly created role include: Minimum 5 years of Energy, Fuel retail OR wider retail industry knowledge/experience 3-5 years of Product management experience Demonstrable experience in Strategic consulting activities for complex organizations and delivering large-scale projects and programs Experienced in design thinking, service design and human-centric design Working with cross-functional and cross-geography teams Working with senior-level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and resolving issues Co-ordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines, anticipating challenges, difficulties and pressure points Possess strong knowledge & experience in the following areas/capabilities: Experience in Site, Back Office and Head Office Retail transformations Physical to Digital Retail Transformations Customer Experience & Experience Design Store Optimisation Implementation of solutions using AWS, SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Adobe or other industry-specific platforms Implementation of Digital Selling Platforms/E-commerce Experience in defining Strategy and transformation roadmaps We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.
