About the role We have a fantastic full-time opportunity as a Product Manager at our Notting Hill Head Office.

In this versatile role, you'll have the chance to make a real impact and shape the future of our residential home offerings from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
You will be responsible for identifying market needs and defining product requirements whilst working with cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and measure product performance.
A key function of the role is ensuring that our product offerings align with market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives, resulting in a competitive and compelling portfolio that meets the diverse needs of our customers.
Main responsibilities include: • Conducting market research to identify new product opportunities • Analysing product performance data to identify areas for improvement • Developing and managing the product roadmap • Prioritising product features and functionality • Communicating with stakeholders about product progress and plans • Representing the product portfolio to senior management About You The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the residential construction or real estate industry.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
• Formal qualifications in a business-related discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of residential building and construction industry with an understanding of the key business drivers and housing market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor landscape.
