The role will drive & support the delivery of innovation & renovation projects for the Australian consumer division.

About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will play a key role partnering with brand and account managers to project manage cross functional teams to deliver innovation & renovation projects from conception to launch. You will drive initiatives that contribute to the continuous growth and success of our brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Innovation, you will execute our two stage Innovation process, utilizing Stage-and-Gate to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage NPD initiatives, playing the lead role in managing the cross functional project team across multiple sites, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Build and maintain timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed and milestones are achieved on time and to budget, whilst raising risks to the commercial leadership team.
Running weekly project meetings to review project timelines with key internal stakeholders and launch meetings to ensure the team is aware of upcoming launches.
About You Have Degree Qualification in Marketing/R&D
4+ years of within relevant experience
Proven experience in project management and/or innovation initiatives with a strong grasp of consumer behaviour & innovation process
Exceptional communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical audiences
Must be able to influence others without direct authority
Comfortable navigating conflicting priorities and uncertainty
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working
Approachable and strong listening skills
Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, challenging the status quo and exploring the "what if's"
