About the Opportunity We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join our team, applying leading product management practices in the delivery of both new and existing products in our Custom Plates business. You will be supported by a dedicated manager and team, work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, and ensure that products and services developed provide strong identified value for both our customers and company. You will have the opportunity to drive commercial and cultural change across the business in its new form as a corporate entity, including establishing new processes and practices. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will contribute to the strategic direction of the Custom Plates product portfolio and lead the delivery of key initiatives that create exceptional experiences for our customers and deliver commercial outcomes.

The skills and experience required in the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
3-5 years' experience in product management, with experience in new product development.Strong experience in end-to-end product management, including developing product vision and strategy, conducting customer research, and working with delivery and go-to-market teams.Ability to prioritise product features and requirements based on market research, user feedback and business goals.Proficiency in utilising key metrics and analysing user behaviour to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimisation.Experience developing and maintaining product roadmaps, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders and manage dependencies.Strong commercial acumen, evidenced by experience hitting financial targets.Experience building digital products with technology delivery teams and UX/UI designers.Highly developed communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems with a logical and data driven approach.
