With products that surround us all, they have a strong focus on sustainability around product, people and innovation. They are seeking a Product Manager who, reporting to the Managing Director, will work as part of the marketing team and will work collaboratively with design, engineering, production, sales, finance and brand management to energise growth. The Role: As a Product Manager in the Lighting and Electronics sector, you will: Own and drive the product roadmap for various commercial segments. Manage and maintain the existing product range Manage research, identify trends, market conditions and conduct feasibility studies as part of the NPD disciplines Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to deliver effective product messages and campaigns to the market   The Successful Product Manager We expect a successful candidate to demonstrate deeper levels of intellectual curiosity and an independent work ethic that is underpinned by collaboration, communication skills, a strong interest in sustainability and a lifetime learning mindset. In addition, they will: Hold a recognized university degree in Marketing or Design Has 5+ years of relevant Product Management or Design experience.
