While we work closely together, TMCA focuses on vehicles and here at Toyota Finance Australia our priority is to provide finance, insurance, and fleet management.What you'll contribute toThe Product Manager is accountable for understanding and translating Toyota Finance Australia's strategic objectives into a roadmap and backlog of Product Features to deliver both business transformation and organisational value.How you'll make an impactDevelop and consistently refine a Product roadmap and backlog comprising initiatives, enablers, and required product uplift to deliver business objectivesDefine the Product vision, aligned to TFA's strategic objectivesEnsure the next two PI's worth of Features are refined, elaborated, and in priority order. Manage the flow of work to ensure maximum productivity and efficiencyDrive Features through to Definition of Ready for the upcoming PICommunicate and gain endorsement for product roadmapsChallenge and drive business transformation by leveraging high quality, and industry leading platform usageThe Product Manager will lead, influence, and align stakeholders around the vision and transition of technology products to deliver upon business objectivesWork closely with IT colleagues to deliver product capability which meets objectives, and is delivered consistently to a high standardYour attributesFive or more years of experience in product ownership or business analysisThree or more years of experience with agile deliveryRelevant tertiary qualificationsFinance, or automotive sector experiencePractical/Specialist/Technical Skills - e.g., software distribution, interpret legislation etcExperience in agile product designStrong communication, presentation, influencing, and leadership skillsSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively manage stakeholder relationshipsStrong time management and organisational skillsExperience with Pega, AEM or similar productsLife at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
