As a Product Manager for Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), you will be building world-class fulfilment, compliance, and reporting experience platform/features for our FBA Sellers with dedicated support from engineering, science, machine learning, and UX teams. These experiences are critical in enabling FBA sellers in India as well as emerging countries to seamlessly fulfill end customer demand through the Amazon network and minimize total supply chain costs, improve profitability, and empower FBA sellers from around the world bringing in millions of unique ASINs to customers with Prime shipping.
Key Job ResponsibilitiesDrive the expansion of FBA services and platforms to improve seller and customer experience in India and globally.Lead the end-to-end product management lifecycle of multiple seller-facing optimization models, from ideation and tech investments to launch and scaling.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and Sales, to build and scale innovative features that address the needs of sellers and customers.Analyze seller and customer feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing FBA's core value proposition and features.Develop strategies to increase the adoption of these features among our seller customers for both Amazon and non-Amazon sales channels.Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the success of the product and iterate on improvements.Communicate with senior management and other business/technical partners on product decisions, roadmap status, and risks.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of product management experienceExperience managing technical products or online servicesExperience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or servicesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced levelExperience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organizationPosted: November 3, 2024 (Updated about 3 hours ago)
