The Digital Customer (Smart Service Queensland) stream provides digitally enabled whole-of-government services to the Queensland public through multiple channels including phone, counter, and online. This stream brings together technology, development, products, design, engagement, and operations to deliver simpler connected services.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritisation of features and functions across a group of products including the monitoring and reporting of the group of products, schedules, dependencies, and general status.Lead effective product planning, risk, change, quality, and resource management activities within a group of products to support continuous successful roadmap delivery.Manage the product budget, vendor relationships, and vendor deliverables in support of the product development activities.Champion, promote and coach product management practices and methodologies to support consistent product management across Digital Customer.Develop, influence, and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to support cross-government synergies and opportunities for collaboration and delivery of new product features.Facilitate the prioritisation and strategic alignment of a group of products roadmap to contribute towards strategic outcomes.Facilitate regular product assurance activities, to help mitigate risk effectively.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
