The role As Product Manager you will provide leadership and ownership of digital automotive products and be accountable for leading a cross functional team to deliver maximum value to our customers. With your strong expertise, you will be driving product initiatives through the whole product lifecycle from vision, concept, development, launch, measurement, ongoing enhancement and management. Apart from working with a highly skilled team, this role will manage key internal and external relationships, collectively ensuring resolution to complex problem and issues whilst also focusing on developing innovative concepts, championing through the Lead Product Manager. Responsibilities: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry including competitors, regulatory landscape, challenges and future direction Be the brains behind strategic development and launch of CAA's product offerings Work with Head of Product to define new products and future developments to meet emerging market needs. Develop product strategies and roadmaps that algin with the business strategy Understand the commercial aspects of products to develop pricing and market positioning strategies Be data driven, sharing qualitative and quantitative insights on performance across products Identify relevant KPIS and provide regular product reporting to track success Lead cross functional teams and manage resources allocated to product lanes within Agile methodology Ensure strong customer engagement, analyse feedback from users and key stakeholders to shape requirements, features and product strategy Skills & Experience: Proven experience in product development or technology/development preferably in a medium to large organisation Proven digital product management experience, including the ability to identify new opportunities Experience working within an agile delivery environment is essential Solid understanding of data analytics and how to use data to make informed decisions that will drive customer engagement and revenue growth Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical terminology into language that can be readily understood by non-technical audiences Experience in Automotive and/or CRM will be an advantage Tertiary qualification in a relevant field of study is essential Our benefits?
