The Group Cyber team is accountable for all aspects of Cyber Security across Coles including Strategy & Architecture, Identity, Cyber Governance, Cyber Detection & Response, Data Protection, and Security Services. This role will be based within the Identity team and will play an active role in uplifting the Coles' Identity and Access Management services for Coles team members, suppliers, and partners.
About the role Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will act as a product manager for the Identity Management squad, with a strong involvement in "what" the squad is building.
The role responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for creating a roadmap for their product squad that delivers high-quality customer experiences and improves business metrics. Utilizes OKRs to define objectives and key success measures for their squads. Defines backlog with their Squad, partners with the crew lead to ensure the backlog aligns with the business and product strategies. Frame product backlog in context of the bigger picture and larger product roadmap and strategy (end-to-end accountability). Manages and prioritizes backlog to deliver on their quarterly objectives and key commercial outcomes. Accountable for the results (customer/business outcome) of their squad. You will promote agile methodologies and continuous improvements while coaching and supporting the squads or teams. Coordinate dependencies and sequence the Epics and Stories to ensure the team's ability to consistently deliver value in small increments. Promote and support the team to become autonomous in their delivery practices. Fosters and maintains relationships with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment around backlog and priorities. Passionate about Coles and the customer problems we are solving. About you To be successful in this role, we're looking for the following experience and skills:
A consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business. Skilled in translating business requirements into product concepts and solutions. Exceptional communication skills. Written communication that is clear and effective. Experience working across multiple squads and contributing to the Product Management Chapter. Experience working in fast-paced environments and comfortable with change. Skilled in working collaboratively with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and designers. Ability to identify and prioritize work based on business value. Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology. Experience building and maintaining squad backlog. 3 years' experience as an Agile Product Manager or similar preferred. Proven experience working in Cyber Security, Identity and Access Management, or similar. Squad-specific product knowledge: NetIQ and Azure preferred. Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Listen well. You build consensus by default but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. Tertiary Degree is preferred.
