About the role The Product Manager is responsible for developing and commercialising our core suite of product offerings, while also driving new product and category growth.
The role will be responsible for end-to-end product development including commercial assessment and implementation, and the go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Driving growth through the development and execution of product initiatives that expand the Chamber's reach, relevance and value.
Using insights to drive decision-making and inform product development strategies.
Developing business cases and work cross functionally to execute on product development strategies.
Monitoring and tracking product performance metrics, such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction (NPS).
Managing the go-to-market strategy and planning for new products.
Working closely with the Marketing General Manager to plan and execute commercially focussed marketing strategies across our multi product streams.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including regular communication, feedback gathering, and relationship-building activities.
Using project management methodology and process to design and deliver products to market in an agile environment.
Ensuring that products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

To be successful in the role, you will have: Demonstrated experience in leading several new/transformational product projects using customer research as a basis for design and optimisation.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful go-to-market strategies and/or marketing strategies and campaigns.
5-10 years' experience in marketing/product/brand management with knowledge of agile project management, customer research and stakeholder management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Strong presentation/facilitation skills and the ability to work within ambiguity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work towards tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
