About the role We have a career-building opportunity for the right person to join the Homecare Sales and Marketing team and provide product management support to the Homecare teams.
Based in Melbourne and reporting directly to the National Sales and Marketing Manager - Homecare, this is a varied role requiring creativity, organisation, and adaptability.
Primarily, this role is responsible for supporting the sales activities for the Australian Homecare Division and ensuring alignment to the National Sales Strategies.
This role includes new product releases and market support, facilitating customer-facing events and product discussions, and enhancing relationships and trust between FPH and its customers.
The role works closely with our wider operations and marketing teams, especially our local sales team and customers.
The role will provide support to the Sales teams to promote therapies, develop educational material, and deliver presentations and training to staff and customers to support our product launches.
This role may require some travel interstate.
About you You will ideally have:
Previous product, clinical or sales experience within a similar industryWorking knowledge of IT systems and tools (i.e., SAP, TM1)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to present to, and influence internal and external audiencesBroad F&P product knowledgeExperience managing markets and products or managing salesExperience in delivering training and educationIt would also be an advantage if you have experience in the healthcare or medical device industries.
