As our business continues to expand globally, with our recent acquisition by Blackstone, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Product Manager to lead the way in developing our cutting-edge Private Health Insurance Software at Civica.
Join our team and be at the forefront of defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature specifications for our PHI software product. This role calls for a unique combination of business expertise, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of user needs.
As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Design, Engineering, Services, and Sales teams to deliver products that cater to market demands and drive expansion. You will take ownership of the product roadmap for Civica's PHI product and effectively manage our team of Product Owners embedded within Agile squads.
What you will do to be successful in this role – Product Manager
Product Discovery
– Lead and own the Product Discovery process to uncover customer and user needs and inform feature development
Product Strategy
– With the Director of Product, define the Product Vision and Strategy for the PHI product
Client facing
– Effectively manage client expectations with empathy, understand client pain points and work towards common goals, ensuring alignment of Product vision with business needs
Product Roadmap
– Develop and maintain the PHI product roadmap outlining key milestones. Ensure it aligns with the PHI Product Vision
Feature Definition and Prioritisation
– Define feature requirements (enhancements and new features) based on user needs
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
– Work closely with Engineering, Services, Sales and Support to align on goals and deliverables.
Ways of working
– Bring expertise in Agile Development practices & best in class when it comes to building SaaS products
Product Development Life Cycle
– Oversee and own all elements to contribute to the success of the product
