The Role
As a Product Manager (Hardware), you'll take the lead in driving the company's next generation of products.
From ideation to full-scale launch, you'll oversee product feature development, user experience, and post-launch optimisation.
You'll be the bridge between creative concepts and tangible innovations that push the boundaries of what's possible.
In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to build inspiring and ground-breaking products.
You'll synthesize technology and customer insights into products that set new standards.

Lead the end-to-end product development process, ensuring that all new products are cutting-edge and customer-focused.Work closely with colleagues to translate business needs into comprehensive product requirements.Manage product roadmaps, feature updates, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, functional specifications, and ensure smooth UX/UI implementation across product lines.Be the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and feedback throughout the development process.Define and track key performance metrics to continuously optimise products.Ensure every product upholds the company's DNA of creative, innovative, and practical solutions. Your Skills and Experience 2-3 years of overseeing the creation and delivery of consumer-facing, mass-market electronics products that integrate both hardware and software, from concept through to manufacturing.Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects to tight deadlines.High-level ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions.A deep understanding of product management within a matrix organisation.The ability to balance creativity with technical excellence, ensuring product designs meet both user expectations and the company's high standards.An analytical mindset with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
