The growth opportunities are endless.About the roleYou'll play a pivotal role in managing multiple high-value productswithin the Growth Team. You will own the entire product lifecycle, fromcustomer research to design, build, and launch. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to drive product strategy and roadmap andcontinually fine-tune our approach to product management.The Growth Team owns many of the levers we have to attract new customersfrom referral programs, paid acquisition feeds, and landing pages to giftcards. You will be tasked with levelling our tools in collaboration withour Chief Marketing Officer and performance marketing teams to supportLuxury Escapes on our continued growth trajectory.What you'll doBuild a deep understanding of customer needs to advocate for themeffectively.Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for products within the GrowthTeam.Design and lead initiatives that can drive new customer acquisition forLuxury Escapes.Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer research todesign, build, and launch.Set, measure, and improve success metrics for the products youmanage.Continually identify opportunities to enhance the customer acquisitionexperience.Collaborate with product design, software engineering, and wider LuxuryEscapes teams to deliver high-quality, valuable products.Your backgroundProven track record of managing and growing all aspects of a successfulproduct lifecycle in an agile and fast-paced organization. Experience growing product management teams with complex projects in amulti-year mission. Ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams, influencingcross-functional teams effectively. Technical know-how to partner with engineering on the defined roadmap.Ability to present a compelling narrative to large audiences and groupsof executives. Demonstrated success in defining metrics and launching excellentproducts.
