We are seeking an accomplished Product Manager with a strong focus on stakeholder management to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires a metrics-driven and goals-oriented individual who will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll-out products that align with the company's vision and strategy.
As the Product Manager you'll lead the product planning and execution throughout its life cycle, encompassing gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and fostering close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure the achievement of revenue and customer satisfaction objectives.

Day to day: As a Product Manager, your primary accountability revolves around defining and executing the product strategy to ensure the success and growth of the Travelbox platform. Your objectives encompass a wide array of tasks that are essential for product development and its ongoing enhancement.
Product Strategy Definition and Execution Cross-Functional Collaboration Product Management Leadership You'll be perfect for the role if you have: A strong understanding of customer needs and market trends to define a roadmap and prioritise and manage product workstack
Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with broader business objectives
Strong collaboration and communication skills in a multi-disciplined team environment and across all levels of the organisation
Able to use key metrics for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Skill in managing project pipelines to align with strategic objectives and adapt to changing requirements
Experience in managing projects within scope, cost, and timelines using appropriate methodologies
Demonstrated leadership ability to foster a high-performing environment and drive innovation
Experience in the travel industry is preferred, but not essential
