The OpportunityWe are seeking commercially minded individuals with strong qualifications in the life sciences to help drive the adoption of leading-edge research instruments and reagents.
We are currently seeking candidates for product lines that only cover Flow Cytometry.
Develop, lead, and implement engaging and exciting marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives to address all stages of the customer buying journey from lead generation to sales conversion.Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers, strategic accounts, and customers.Monitor market trends to inform product positioning and pricing strategy for portfolios.Conduct sales calls and provide customer quotes.Create training materials and sales enablement tools to support the sales team with lead generation.Work closely with suppliers to provide customers with product and technical advice, and secure price support for promotions and other growth initiatives.Lead new product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing products, including inventory management, pricing strategies, bulk and standing customer orders, and product discontinuations.Your qualificationsYou are a scientifically qualified individual who combines strong technical competencies with excellent communication skills and commercial acumen.
You love collaborating in a team toward shared objectives but are also a self-starter and capable of working on your own initiative.
You enjoy striving to achieve ambitious challenges.
Position Requirements Minimum BSc, preferably PhD or Masters in the biosciences areas such as biological sciences, chemistry, cell biology, immunology, etc.Hands-on expertise in the use of Flow Cytometry systems with very strong technical expertise.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to easily build strong customer relationships.You are a "people-person" and a good questioner, adept at identifying the unmet needs of customers.Experience in sales and/or marketing within a healthcare/life sciences marketplace is highly desirable, although entry-level candidates with appropriate technical qualifications and personal traits will be considered.Our OfferOur client offers an exceptionally supportive and progressive work environment.
