The EBB Domain is accountable for: Deposit and Transactions product and portfolio management.
Product acquisition, in-life maintenance, and customer experience optimisation.
Product development and digitisation.

Customer onboarding and lifecycle management Strategic pricing and billing capability Business customer propositions Do Work That Matters As a Product Manager (PM) you will be accountable for the management of one or more products / tools / services as well as working with the broader squad to deliver customer and strategic outcomes that align with the Crew OKRs.
You will leverage your domain and industry knowledge, thought leadership, and strategic mindset to drive outcomes across the product lifecycle including launching new features and initiatives, monitoring and driving product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk and product governance requirements, optimising customer experience, and driving change across the business.
More specifically you will: Monitor the product marketplace, trends and direct competitors making recommendations for product enhancements and/or new offerings.? Identify, develop and refine customer propositions, through analysing customer breakpoints, Voice of Customer feedback and opportunities for improvement.? Leverage customer centred design thinking and customer impact analysis into product process development and uplift.? Assess and leverage key product performance insights including financial, business and customer experience, to influence key decisions and prioritise change.? Manage complex product enquiries and complaints, creating internal communications and training where required.
Stay abreast of the regulatory environment the product operates within, and execute regulatory changes where required.? Manage operational risk incidents and issues relating to the product, uplifting and implementing controls where required.? Manage product change initiatives to continuously improve the product offering and processes, enhancing customer outcomes and value.? Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders across frontline, technology, risk and operations.? Manage the end-to-end life cycle of the product, including updating features, policies, terms and conditions, pricing, profit and loss statements, customer retention and remediation, and the overall process chain.

Prior product development and client facing experience Proven experience working across end-to-end Agile projects and technical delivery.
Influential and confident stakeholder management skills as this role will see you working across risk, product, digital, technology and compliance business partners.
Experience in working within a highly complex operational environment.
A risk management mindset The ability and enthusiasm to act as a 'change leader' in supporting transformational change.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
