The Role We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and management of our Everyday Banking portfolio, which includes transaction accounts, savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and term deposits. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product performance, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the portfolio remains competitive in the market. Your day to day Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Everyday Banking portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals. Identify growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis. Create business cases for new product launches or enhancements to existing offerings, focusing on customer value and profitability. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of transaction accounts, savings accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and term deposits and be the Subject Matter Expert for this suite of Products Drive product development initiatives, from concept through to launch, working closely with technology, sales, operations, and marketing teams. Continuously monitor product performance and make adjustments to meet changing customer needs and market dynamics. Customer Experience & Innovation: Champion customer-centric product design and development, ensuring products provide seamless, digital-first experiences. Collaborate with UX/UI designers and technology teams to create innovative features and functionalities that enhance customer engagement. Leverage data and customer feedback to improve product features, usability, and satisfaction. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with sales, marketing, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure products are well-positioned, compliant, and meet regulatory standards. Work with frontline staff to provide product training and support for product launches and updates. Act as a liaison between the product team and key internal and external stakeholders. Competitive Analysis & Market Trends: Conduct regular analysis of the competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and threats. Stay informed on regulatory changes and their impact on the product portfolio. Own the P&L for the Everyday Banking portfolio, ensuring profitability and growth targets are met. Analyse product performance, including revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and cost metrics. Optimise pricing strategies for savings accounts, personal loans, and term deposits to drive competitiveness and customer value. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure products meet all legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements. Work with the compliance team to update products based on new regulations and policies. About You Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in home loans. Strong understanding of home loan products, mortgage markets, and regulatory requirements. Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills High attention to detail Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skill.
