Job DescriptionIn this exciting career opportunity, you will act as the guardian of the customer experience on the NRMA EV network and will engage with all parties to ensure that we deliver the best possible experience for all users of the charging network. You will also be responsible for proposing and driving initiatives in consultation with the broader NRMA to increase member take-up and improve customer NPS.
What You'll Do Engage with the business to ensure the best possible customer EV charging experienceOwn the overall NPS on behalf of the Energy team and work with the team to identify opportunities to improve the NPSDevelop and provide reporting to monitor the customer interactions and experienceReview, align and develop strategy between ChargeFox and the MyNRMA applicationsManage the definition of requirements for the new Tap & Go functionality and support business process changesProvide concepts, plans and research to the Senior Leadership Team to promote or develop products and servicesAssist with the creation of bids, tenders, and new business submissionsWhat You'll Bring 3 to 5 years previous relevant product management experience in EV, electrical or telecommunications infrastructure or servicesHighly analytical with strong stakeholder management skillsAdvanced written and speaking communication skillsProfessional attitude and exceptional interpersonal skillsProven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlinesMust be tech-savvy with business process engineering skillsWhat's in it for you?
