Job Description In this exciting career opportunity you will act as the guardian of the customer experience on the NRMA EV network and will engage with all parties to ensure that we deliver the best possible experience for all users of the charging network.
You will also be responsible for proposing and driving initiatives in consultation with the broader NRMA to increase member take up and improve customer NPS.
What You'll Do Engage with the business to ensure the best possible customer EV charging experience Own the overall NPS on behalf of the Energy team and work with the team to identify opportunities to improve the NPS Develop and provide reporting to monitor the customer interactions and experience Review, align and develop strategy between ChargeFox and the MyNRMA applications Manage the definition of requirements for the new Tap & Go functionality and support business process changes Provides concepts, plans and research to the Senior Leadership Team to promote or develop products and services Assist with creation of bids, tenders, and new business submissions What You'll Bring 3 to 5 years previous relevant product management experience in EV, electrical or telecommunications infrastructure or services Highly analytical with strong stakeholder management skills Advanced written and speaking communication skills Professional attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines Must be tech savvy with business process engineering skills What's in it for you?
