As product manager, you see our customers' challenges as opportunities.
You use your knowledge of invoicing, tax, and rules of law to get into the fine detail, and find the solutions others miss.
You turn our customers' pain points into articulate requirements, and you work with your team to solve the problems our customers didn't even know they had.
This is a role with a difference.
There's no role exactly like it, so it's your transferable skills that matter.
You have deep accounting knowledge, but it may be from a background in software design, business analysis, implementation, change management, process engineering, transactional audits, VAT and Invoicing law or any number of other roles.
Whatever your background, we need people that can take a research topic from scratch and turn it into a practical design that customers will use.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are very important – being able to explain yourself with an understanding of the causality of your argument is critical to us.
