You will enable the delivery to market, manage the day-to-day aspects of product management processes and governance. The role also involves the development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs that align with our target customer segments.You will provide the team with information regarding product aspects required in the development of business cases to enable the execution of strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs. Additionally, you will undertake detailed investigations in conjunction with others in the team to develop market intelligence, segment needs, behaviors, and market trends to enable meaningful decision-making.As our new Product Manager, you will develop strong relationships with our business partners and stakeholders to ensure the product is appropriately connected across all aspects of the value chain, allowing us to consider segments and channels appropriately and identify new opportunities to improve product performance.About youAs our new Product Manager - Equipment Finance and Trade, you will bring the following skills:Exposure to key areas of product management, including the development, embedding, and execution of product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs.Experience with Financial Services products, ideally those aligned to the defined product set.Knowledge and understanding of banking products and services.Interest in growing and developing leadership capability.Problem-solving abilities and exceptional time management skills.High level verbal and written communication skills.Adaptability and quick grasp of new concepts.Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment for Financial Services.Analytical capability.We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of a minimum of 2 days in a local Head Office per week.
