The role:
This role reports to the Brand Manager - Eau Thermale Avène and works closely with the Eau Thermale Avène Marketing Team. This role is to propose and manage the execution of the marketing plan for the products under the manager's responsibility in the relevant territory. This role will need to contribute to the growth of sales in the context of the marketing strategy and budgetary objectives defined by Senior Management.
Key responsibilities:

Analyze the products' markets and performance (Group and competitor products) in terms of sales, prescriptions, image, scientific characteristics, marketing and promotional tools, distribution channels, product mix, etc.
Perform regular sell-out reports using IRI to monitor your products' performance and make recommendations.
Provide Head Office with information on the specificities of the manager's market for the purposes of international intelligence on competition.
In collaboration with the Marketing Director and the lead Avene Brand Manager, prepare the 3-year launch plan and marketing strategy and present it to key stakeholders.
Lead the NPD Stage Gate Process for the products under your scope.
Prepare and implement the local marketing plan by channel in collaboration with the other departments (sales, KAMs, marketing, medical, logistics, regulatory, etc.).
Collect all information related to the products, their positioning, cost, product codes, technical guides, global assets, worldwide promotional items, etc. from Head Office.
Propose and deploy the marketing and training tools that are required to achieve objectives, if needed by breaking down the targets (networks, doctors, pharmacists, consumers, etc.) pursuant to recommendations from Worldwide Marketing and by integrating budgetary and regulatory constraints.
Work collaboratively with the activation team on the media strategy (online & offline), implementation of local campaigns, content calendar and influencers.
In collaboration with the Shopper Marketing team, develop merchandising strategy and trade marketing tools to reinforce the brand visibility in store and to educate consumers by using tools that fall within the budget.
Prepare and regularly monitor sales and sample forecasts for the manager's product ranges (as well as the promotional tools) and put in place all means required to avoid delays, out-of-stocks and obsolete items, and to optimize inventory management, in collaboration with the logistics department.
Maintain quality relations with the various services and departments involved in the products, as well as external partners (media agency, PR agency, graphic designer, printer, brand ambassadors, curists, etc.) and answer potential queries from customers.
Present the product ranges and promotional campaigns to the relevant networks (sales, medical sales, training, consultants, retailers, journalists, etc.).
Manage the product development process for the Suncare range, liaising with Head Office and our local CDMO and ensuring seamless execution from ideation to go-to-market.

What we are looking for:

Education: University education in commerce or business with Marketing background.
Experience: 5+ years' experience in brand or product marketing, experience in skin care, beauty or healthcare industry.
Personal Skills: Results-driven, responsive, analytical mind, rigorous, innovation/creativity, responsive, anticipates and takes initiative, open-minded and curious, ability to analyze and solve problems, results and solution-oriented, high attention to detail, excellent level of English (speaking French is a plus).
