What is in it for you: A supportive team environment with energetic colleagues Career development programs to help you reach your full potential A competitive range of health, wealth, and lifestyle benefits, including corporate health insurance subsidy and flexible salary packaging Flexible working arrangements and community volunteer opportunities We will count on you to: Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and successful completion of Mercer Super's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) rolls from drafting to publication Collaborate with the Product Management team and wider Mercer Super team to deliver the Annual PDS roll Manage ad-hoc disclosure requirements outside of the Annual PDS roll Engage stakeholders, including third parties and vendors, to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on time Develop and maintain processes and tools related to product activities while adhering to regulatory obligations and finding efficiencies in execution What you need to have: Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, or a financial services-related discipline (preferred) At least five years' experience in Financial Services, particularly in Superannuation or Insurance Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Familiarity with regulatory requirements within the superannuation and/or insurance industries Strong communication and writing skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy What makes you stand out: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and a client/member-focused attitude A strong focus on Risk Management Experience with Objective Keystone is advantageous Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment Capability to work independently and as part of a team Mercer, a business of Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is a global leader in helping clients realize their investment objectives, shape the future of work and enhance health and retirement outcomes for their people.
