About the Role
The Business Deposits team are looking for a Product Manager to join in a permanent role. The role will support the strategic direction of brands under the BOQ Group banner which include Bank of Queensland and ME Bank. The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Product Manager in delivering market leading everyday banking and savings experiences for our business customers.
You will provide input into the development of Everyday Banking and Savings propositions, to ensure they are market leading, align to the needs of our target customers and achieve positive customer and commercial outcomes and be involved in the delivery and management of exciting new digital banking propositions.
The role will be responsible for performance management of the assigned portfolios, weekly/monthly reporting, and providing insights and recommendations to the wider Everyday Banking team. You will consistently look for opportunities and lead projects to improve and lift channel capability and customer experience to drive customer and business performance; whilst providing market, competitor, customer and performance insights to inform the development of the everyday business banking strategy.
About you To be successful in this role, we are ideally looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role with preference for digital business banking. You will have had some exposure to customer and commercial accountability, with an understanding of everyday banking products for business customers. You will have experience analysing data to identify problems and opportunities and building a case for change.
You will be able to work directly with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to enhance our product propositions, with a sound knowledge of the operational features of Business Banking products.
Ideally, you will have some Project Management and Change Management experience on small to medium projects and an understanding of execution and delivery of change.
We are looking for a candidate with the ability to work in agile environments, who will culturally align to our collaborative, fun team that has a great range of domain expertise across Banking product functions.
