About the role Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of data products within your portfolio.
Through the development and execution of multiple product roadmaps you will drive a product strategy that aligns to the overall Digital and Coles vision. Your primary responsibilities will be to:
Single point of contact for the business unit(s), to manage the pipelines, requests and information assets Accountable for pipeline management of the domain Establish & maintain relationships with key stakeholders between IT and the key business units Establish teams and maintain ways of working between varying levels of roles Build and support Data roadmaps and business cases to drive the Data Strategy Support execution of our Tech strategy and Smarter Selling Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the implementation of Coles strategic pillars Ability to develop and enable Data and Analytics strategy Key person in the delivery of Data program of work across traditional Data Warehouse and Big Data eco-systems Align best practices to achieve correct IM framework, architecture and design Ability to attract, hire, retain and motivate top data talent Understand the business and IT strategy, environment and trends across multiple functions About you and your skills Proven understanding of Data Warehouse and Reporting capabilities to assist stakeholders in undertaking the right solution Demonstrated ability to organise and coordinate IT and business teams Demonstrated ability to think at the big picture level, communicate and implement strategy Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement Experience negotiating with third party suppliers Ability to leverage industry best practice in the BI/Analytics to support continuous improvement Proven experience to alignment of "thought leaders" driving data initiatives Experience in project management and business change methodologies Experience in account/portfolio management Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills Strong written and verbal communication skills We're looking for a team player who is driven and has a collaborative mindset with the ability to work with different Business Units, stakeholders and across a variety of projects and teams.
