The Opportunity Join our high performing team on a six-month full time maximum term contract as Product Manager, Consumer Broadband and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Vocus Consumer's Dodo and iPrimus range of broadband products! Help grow profitability whilst improving customer experience and improve a range of metrics that determine success for the portfolio, from profitability to customer effort score to service growth.
What you'll be doing day-to-day Drive and maintain in-depth, data-driven understanding of segment needs, behavioral attitudes and buyer sentiment that translate into compelling segment and micro segment offers and initiatives. Assess gaps in current offerings and develop and optimize product plans and offers that will deliver customer segment value propositions and achieve revenue objectives. Develop business cases to support new product/program development and product enhancements/improvements. Collaborate with other product managers on pricing and strategy to ensure Vocus Consumer maintains a cohesive product portfolio. Work across chevrons (Marketing, Sales, Service) to ensure propositions are executed with precision and efficiency. Work with our technical delivery teams to improve customer and staff facing systems driving favorable profitability and customer experience outcomes. Contribute to the management of the product lifecycle, including price changes, product exits and migrations. Product interface into Finance/Planning and Performance providing key inputs into revenue and physical forecasts during budgeting cycles. Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the relevant product portfolio. Achieve net SIO (services in operation) growth for the relevant product portfolio. What you'll bring to this role Minimum 4 + years' experience in a commercial product management role, preferably in the telecommunications and broadband sectors. Strong project related experience, and excellent operational execution of delivery of projects. An excellent understanding of strategic direction and the ability to apply this to tactical offer and program design to deliver against the strategy. The ability to succinctly distil complex problems and data sets into clear problem statements and proposed action plans. Extensive experience in complex stakeholder management.
