Trimble ERP construction management solutions are used by many of the largest constructors in Australia and NZ, and the world.As the Product Manager, working with the Jobpac ERP, Jobpac Mobile and Trimble Integrations team, you will guide a development roadmap that is charged with improving construction project management workflows. This extends from developing new products, to increasing the profitability of existing products for the company.You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your construction finance and construction project management experience, as well as feedback from customers and prospects. You will utilize your unique blend of construction accounting skills and UX sensibilities to create a big-picture vision and drive to make that vision into a reality. You will spend time in the market understanding our customer's problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You will communicate with all areas of the company and work with engineering counterparts to define product requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales channel and key customers.Bring to life Trimble's Connected Construction strategy.Drive Product into multiple market verticals with focus on Civil.Own the end-to-end vision for the Jobpac Mobile App for Trimble's Jobpac ERP, including project/sprint management, communications, requirement gathering, support orchestration, executive status updates and business partner relationship management.Collaborate with other product managers, engineering staff and other stakeholders to develop and maintain the roadmap for products and features.Manage the entire product line life cycle from ideation and strategic planning to tactical initiatives.Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and prospects.Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields.Construction Software experience.Knowledge of Construction Finance and Project Management workflows.Demonstrable experience in SaaS product management or equivalent role.Understanding of financial workflows and accounting methodologies.Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization, organisation and influence.Experience in data analytics and visualization.Experience managing project backlogs and prioritization.About Jobpac Connect:Designed specifically for Australian and New Zealand construction companies, Trimble's Jobpac Connect ERP features cutting-edge solutions to streamline construction accounting, forecasting and payroll functions.
