The purpose of the Pay business unit is very simply, to enable smarter shopping.
We aspire to be the credit card of choice, whether it be through our 28° card for Australians who love to travel & shop, or through our GO and GEM cards for big ticket purchases in AU and NZ.
We have big aspirations and ambitions for our Pay products; therefore credit card experience is crucial for our Product roles.
Our Product managers play a critical role in the Pay business, managing an entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end of life, ensuring not only timely execution and continuous improvement but supporting overall growth and development of Pay products.
Working closely with our Senior Product Manager & Head of Product you will be ensuring that key initiatives are well managed and that all elements of the value chain are operating effectively, driving optimal commercial outcomes for Pay and the broader enterprise.
Understand performance of current products, manage product P&L performance to collaborate with key stakeholders on developing initiatives to improve overall profitability.Monitor market trends for the development of new products, features and benefits (considering the competitive context, strategic capabilities, customer desirability and the ability to execute strongly driving long-term, sustainable growth).Deliver on product strategy with consideration of new product development or the enhancement of existing products and services to meet the needs of defined target customer and market segments.Manage and co-ordinate delivery of strategic product and experience roadmap to deliver best in class experience.Deliver against financial results set in annual operating plans and objectives.Collaborate with external partners to drive innovation in product design and delivery to enhance and differentiate against the competition.At Latitude we are "Customer Obsessed", so actively monitoring customer feedback, product satisfaction and advocacy to recommend and deliver product and experience changes is vital.
All whilst ensuring that any existing and new products are fully compliant and that all relevant policies and procedures to manage risk and compliance are applied.

Your analytical skills will help you organise and interpret data to make decisions and optimise product features.
Experience: 3 + years in a product management role, preferably with a strong focus on credit card products.Expertise: Knowledge creating product roadmaps, prioritising features and communicating with stakeholders.Product Leadership: Collaborating with cross functional teams and fostering a collective environment to achieve product objectives.Problem solving: Identifies challenges and roadblocks, developing creative solutions to mitigate risks to keep product development on track.Product Roadmap: Ability to develop a clear product vision define long term goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Ability to influence and lead teams to guide with decision making.Analytical Skills: Ability to organize and interpret data to make decisions and optimise product features.That's a good sign!
