Working in our Aftermarket division, the Product Manager oversees the lifecycle of our Guardian Aftermarket Products. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with global teams to understand customer needs, drive product strategy, and ensure successful product launches. About the opportunity: Lead Product Strategy: Collaborate with the Global In-Vehicle Product Manager to define and execute the product strategy, including pricing and profitability models. Develop Roadmaps: Create and manage product roadmaps, championing the features and services delivered. Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for key partners and clients to achieve strategic goals. Industry Presence: Represent our products at industry events and conferences, aligning efforts with sales strategies. Revenue Maximisation: Partner with sales management on initiatives to drive revenue growth. Market Insights: Prioritize customer needs and provide guidance to the global In-Vehicle team. Product Launch: Coordinate with project management to drive product market introductions. Business Cases: Develop compelling business cases that support profitability. Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development to customer engagement. About you: 6+ years in product management (hardware, firmware, or software) 7+ years in product delivery and support services Strong understanding of the SDLC process Commitment to client needs and strong customer communication skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Curiosity-driven with strong problem-solving skills Effective negotiation skills and relationship management Why Join Us?
