Together, we will meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive our company's success into the future.We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Acquiring team.The Acquiring team @ Cuscal is responsible for building products to drive seamless payment experiences for our clients across card present, mobile, web and in-app. Our advanced payment processing platform ensures seamless handling of various payment methods, while our reliable infrastructure and technology that integrates with our client's systems enables businesses to accept payments with ease. Additionally, we take measures to ensure the security of every transaction, allowing our clients to have confidence in every transaction.Reporting to the Head of Acquiring, the Product Manager's role is to drive the strategic vision for the product and be accountable for product performance and P&L. Product Managers are the 'voice of the customer' to internal stakeholders and ensure their needs are met and will partner closely with the product owner and squad to deliver on the product roadmap.About the Role:Design value propositions that differentiate Cuscal's position in the market as a B2B payments provider.Ensure that there are clearly defined product requirements, SLAs aligned to market needs, pricing models and distribution channels.Manage the integration of new product development or product change into existing processes.Ensure that all products, services, and activities are compliant with all forms of regulation, legislation and/or policies.Clearly understand the relationship between the clients and Cuscal and take every opportunity to enhance the relationship with our clients.Develop, prepare, and deliver presentations or communications on products and services to clients and other interested parties to assist in the education process and marketing of Cuscal's products.Stay up to date on industry trends and new developments in payments technology to evaluate product competitiveness and drive a competitive roadmap.About You:5+ years of Product Management experience in acquiring payments (preferred) delivering SaaS and/or B2B products.You can envision the big picture while meticulously attending to the details.You have a keen sense for outstanding products and advocate for new features using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning.You do whatever it takes to ensure the success of your product and team, with a demonstrated track record of problem solving and lateral thinking.You can transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into clear action plans.Strong communication skills with an ability to story tell and influence multiple stakeholders.You possess enough technical knowledge to engage engineers in meaningful discussions about architecture and product decisions.Join us at the forefront of paymentsWhy Cuscal?We are in the rapidly evolving world of payments, and we are committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where the very best talent in Australia chooses to work.
