Product Management HR Tech Transformation Expert Experis is currently supporting our client, a global consulting company with progressive values and an unbelievably strong brand, with their search for a Product Management HR Tech Transformation Expert. This 3-month contract position is based in Switzerland, home office plus some on-site days. Workload is 50%. You will support our customer by:Validate and assist in reviewing HR Tech Agenda initiative, which includes:Strategic guidance in defining the target state and priorities for the Functional Blueprint.Defining future product groups and individual products within the HR product landscape.Establishing an outcome-based product roadmap and a resource management framework.Validating and completing the governance framework. Accelerate the transformation of HR/DBT Multidisciplinary Product Team, which includes:Developing a comprehensive training framework to empower the product management team.Identifying the current team structure, roles, and skills and determining areas of improvement or support.Offering expert guidance and best practices in HR Technology Transformation initiatives.
